This may include:

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only after a member of the 4hertz team has communicated confirmation.
Bookings remain subject to physiotherapist availability, location, scheduling and other operational considerations.
7. Service Areas
4hertz currently provides house-call services subject to availability within:
- Klang Valley;
- Kuala Lumpur; and

8. House-Call Locations
Patients are responsible for providing an accurate address and reasonable access to the location where physiotherapy will be provided.
The location should provide a reasonably safe and suitable environment for physiotherapy.
If the treating physiotherapist reasonably determines that the location presents a safety concern or is unsuitable for providing the proposed service, the physiotherapist may modify, postpone or decline to provide the service.
4hertz does not currently impose a standard travel charge for ordinary house-call appointments. This may be reviewed in the future, with applicable charges communicated before the relevant booking is confirmed.
9. Appointment Payments
Payment arrangements may depend on the service and circumstances.
For ordinary physiotherapy appointments, payment will generally be made after the first session unless another arrangement has been communicated and agreed.
Accepted payment methods currently include:
- Bank transfer;
- DuitNow QR; and
- Cash.
Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.
Current pricing is available by contacting 4hertz.
10. Physiotherapy Cancellation and Rescheduling
Patients may contact 4hertz to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4hertz currently does not impose a standard cancellation fee for physiotherapy appointments, including where cancellation occurs after the physiotherapist has begun travelling to the appointment.
However, we ask patients to provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
If cancellation or travel policies change in the future, the applicable policy will be communicated for relevant future bookings.
11. No-Shows and Waiting Time
If a patient does not attend or is unavailable for a confirmed appointment, the appointment may be cancelled.
For house calls, the physiotherapist will generally wait for up to 15 minutes after arrival at the agreed location.
If the patient cannot be contacted or the appointment cannot reasonably begin within that period, the physiotherapist may leave and the appointment may be treated as cancelled or a no-show.
No standard no-show fee is currently imposed.
12. Cancellation by 4hertz
If 4hertz needs to cancel an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the patient and arrange another suitable appointment.
Our usual approach will be to offer rescheduling.

Before providing treatment, the treating physiotherapist may explain the proposed assessment or treatment and relevant considerations as appropriate.
Patients are encouraged to ask questions if they do not understand the proposed treatment.
Consent may be withdrawn, subject to applicable circumstances and professional requirements.
Additional consent may be requested for particular procedures, clinical photography, recordings or other activities.

23. HRD Corp and Client Responsibilities
Where a client intends to make an HRD Corp-related claim, the client remains responsible for ensuring that its proposed claim, documentation and participation satisfy applicable requirements.

26. Event Cancellation
